Sale of Alcohol – Licensing Act 2003

As a responsible retailer of alcohol the Licensing Act 2003 is applied without exception. Particularly in the areas of: attempted purchase by or for anyone under the age of 18, intoxicated or appearing drunk and any activity that creates a public nuisance or danger.

We operate a “Challenge 21" policy. Please do not take offence if you are asked for acceptable identity and proof of age. Without it we will not serve you alcohol. Likewise if it is deemed that you have had enough to drink, then you will be discretely told that no more alcohol will be served.
