We ask for and welcome genuine feedback and there is ample opportunity to speak to us during your visit, whether you are having a drink, a meal or staying with us. By doing this you give us the opportunity to do our best to rectify any issues, there and then, to your satisfaction, and again make your visit enjoyable.

Therefore please do not be shy or feel embarrassed if we can help or change something that needs changing. We cannot do it after you have finished or left.

We do not enter into any comment or communication on independent feedback sites as we have made available the opportunity for anything to be commented on and resolved at the time of your visit or stay.
