Smoking We operate a smoke-free policy throughout

Payment All major credit and debit cards accepted but we do not accept American Express. We regret that with the introduction of non guaranteed cheque payment by the UK clearing banks, we no longer accept cheque payment.

Service Charge A service charge for employees is not included and left to guests discretion. 


Arrival Rooms are usually available from 4.00 pm
Departure Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit All accommodation is offered subject to availability, receipt of a minimum non-refundable deposit of £50.00 and issue of our confirmation

Bookings Can only be secured with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Deposit rates 
I night bookings - full payment on booking is required

1 to 3 nights £50 per room
4 to 6 nights £100 per room
7 nights £150.00 per room
Over a week add on as above
For the purposes of calculating deposits for family rooms please ignore children of aged under three. 


The Jubilee Inn reserves the right to forfeit the deposit in the event of cancellation and the room is not re let. 

Unless a room is cancelled before seven clear days of arrival, not including day of arrival, full payment of the whole stay is payable, unless the room is re let. The same policy applies for non arrivals.

After checking into your room you are then liable for the total cost of your booked and confirmed stay unless after early departure your room is re let. 

Damage if any damage is done to Jubilee property or it is removed , then a commensurate charge will be made to your credit/debit card.

Liability The Jubilee Inn is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to guest’s property while on the premises. Guests should make their own arrangements regarding insurance.

Lost keys - the charge for replacement keys is £20.00
